Information for participants
Dear participants of the gamma11 symposium,
Gamma11 symposium (June 30 - July 2) is approaching.
Please find the following information.

How to enter the RIKEN campus
======================
Please drop by at one of the Guard Stations every day when you arrive
at RIKEN. At the Guard Station, please check if your name is in the
'GAMMA 11 participants' list' and show your ID such as your passport
to the guardian.
You may then proceed to the Nishina Center RIBF Building.
Please refer to 'Layout of Facilities' at the following web site.
Nishina Center RIBF Building is shown as #45, E-3.
Please note that the Main Gate (G-4) is closed on weekends.

The symposium will take place at the 2nd floor Conference Hall of Nishina
Center RIBF Building.

Banquet on July 1st
======================
Banquet of the symposium will be held at the main cafeteria of RIKEN
in the evening (18:00-20:00) of July 1, the second day of the symposium.
Those who wish to join this banquet are kindly requested to pay 1,000 JPY
at the registration desk.

Lunch order for Sat. July 2
======================
We will order a lunch box delivery for July 2, Sat as RIKEN campus cafeterias
are closed on weekends. Please sign up at the symposium registration
desk by the end of the afternoon coffee break, 15:30 on June 30, Thu.
For your information, Tully's Coffee shop is open from 9:00 to 18:00 at
the RIKEN Wako Campus.
They also serve light meals.
Tully's is located in the building #29, E6 on 'Layout of Facilities'
