At Narita Airport, it is recommended to take the Keisei Skyliner train. There is a Skyliner train about every 40 minutes. If you take a Skyliner, you will come to Nippori station in about 55 minutes.
At Nippori, you change to JR Yamanote Line. By Yamanoto Line, you come to Ikebukuro in about 15 minutes.
From Ikebukuro to Wako-shi station, it is recommended to take Tobu-Tojo Line. It takes about 15 minuites.
There is also a Keisei bus connection between Narita Airport and Wako-shi station.
This may be the easiest way to come to Wako.
