Detector movement for alignment

  1. Trigger → move both -3mm (Y) - reason: missing shadow in LGAD01, DUT bottom (~2mm)
  2. LGAD05 → move +5mm (Y) → reason: table height +5mm showed the best cross-section
  3. Keep LGAD01 → reason: DUT since we couldn't find the results well
  4. LGAD02, LGAD04 → move - 3mm (X) → reason: missing signals in +X positions (~2mm)
