• Optimization for the measurement:

13:45 Adjusted tigger counter-1 by 1mm. The trigger rates dropped from 8Hz to 3Hz.

13:50 Run#103134310 Tracker1,2,4,(5) hit distributions look good. DUT is low by 1mm.

14:00 Raised DUT position by 1mm.

14:10 Run#103140113 DUT looks OK.

14:20 Raised Trigger counter-2 by 1mm. (Rachid, Satoshi, Simone).

14:30 Run#103142216 trigger rate is now 4 to 5Hz. Only Tracker 5 beam spot is off by a mm or so.
