Improved clustering corryvreckan

improved clustering using corryvreckan, with threshold of 10mV for seed and 5mV for secondaries. left is with high threshold, which reconstructs mostly single strips. With improved clustering the position distribution is more flat as expected (except at edges because it doesn't have further strips)
