change around coincidence register 

* tree holds one TCoinRegData instance for each event
** the followings are needed if there are >1 coincidence
   register module:
*** >1 TCoinRegMappingProcessor
*** >1 rows in mapfile for coincidence register
** catID and detID have to be specified for TCoinRegMappingProcessor in yaml
